Choose solid wood or a natural wood veneer over a separate core. Walnut options are available in both constructions. Veneered panels can provide the grain appearance at a lower material cost; the quotation identifies the veneer and core separately.

Cedar can line the base, walls, lid interior or removable tray. The wood species, thickness and coverage are defined in the specification. A cedar-lined box uses cedar inside another structure; a solid cedar box uses cedar for its body.

Samples & Production Process
1. Send your brief. Share cigar dimensions, pack count, target quantity and reference images. Include accessory sizes and AI or vector PDF logo artwork.
2. Review the design and sample. Blank material samples are available for finish review. Custom pre-production samples include your layout, lining, logo and hardware and take 7–12 working days after artwork, dieline and specifications are confirmed.
3. Approve for production. Check the fit, finish, lid movement and artwork. The custom sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order when it meets the agreed quantity threshold. The quotation records the deduction terms and production schedule.
