A well-fitting tube separates the cigar from neighboring products and leaves enough clearance for removal without catching the band. This clear cigar packaging keeps the wrapper’s color, texture and cigar band visible without opening the tube.
The featured plastic cigar tube has a closed flat bottom and a black press-fit cap. It can be supplied plain for your own labeling operation or customized with product information and branding.
For sampler collections, consistent tube dimensions make it easier to arrange different blends inside a fitted box. Label placement can follow the box layout so the product names remain visible when the set is opened.

Custom Sizes, Labels and Printing
Send the cigar’s length, maximum diameter and any sleeve or cedar insert dimensions. We use these measurements to select the tube’s internal diameter and usable length.
The drawing identifies tube body length, internal diameter, external diameter and overall cap length. Confirm the available internal space with the cap fitted before approving the sample.
If your cigars are already wrapped in cellulose cigar sleeves, include a wrapped sample when checking the fit.
