Custom PET Self-Adhesive Labels Manufacturer | YiTo Pack
Make Your Brand Stand Out. Keep Every Detail Clear.
PET Label Options for Branding & Identification
Custom PET self-adhesive labels give your packaging a distinctive finish while keeping product information clear through everyday handling.
YiTo Pack supplies clear, white and silver polyester labels for branded packaging, barcodes and industrial identification. Match the printing, adhesive and roll format to your product and labelling equipment.
Clear PET Labels
Let your product become part of the design. Clear PET labels keep bottles and contents visible while adding your logo and essential information.
Clear areas reveal your product. Colour and typography bring your brand into focus. Selective white underprinting adds contrast beneath important details.
White PET Labels
Give your artwork a consistent background. White PET helps brand colours, small text and barcodes remain distinct across different container colours.
Choose gloss for a bright finish or matte to soften reflections.
Silver PET Labels
Add a metallic accent to cosmetic packaging, product badges and equipment identification.
Silver PET labels can provide a background for model numbers, ratings and technical information. Confirm the metallic tone, surface finish and printed contrast with a sample.
Thermal Transfer PET Labels
Print changing information when you need it. Compatible top-coated polyester materials support barcodes, serial numbers, batch information and asset IDs.
Match the label coating to your printer and ribbon. Standard PET film is not automatically suitable for thermal-transfer printing.

Protect Your Brand Beyond the First Impression
A label should look right when the product leaves your factory—and remain useful when it reaches the customer.
Waterproof PET Labels for Moisture-Prone Packaging
PET film does not absorb water like ordinary paper facestock. It provides a useful starting point for bottles, bathroom products and packs exposed to splashes.
For a waterproof finished label, the adhesive and printing must also suit the exposure. Specify whether the label will face condensation, wiping or prolonged water contact.
Durable Polyester Labels for Repeated Handling
Tear-resistant film helps labels remain intact during application, storage and use.
For equipment and reusable containers, select print protection around abrasion, cleaning and handling. The aim is readable information throughout the intended service period.
Sharp Graphics & Readable Codes
A compatible print surface supports fine text, logos and machine-readable information.
Protective varnish or lamination can help preserve the printed image. Select the finish according to the liquids and rubbing the label may encounter.
Stable Film for Precise Designs
PET offers good dimensional stability for detailed artwork and identification layouts.
PET vs BOPP vs Paper Labels
Choose the material around your container and the conditions it will face.
|
Material |
Main Advantage |
Typical Applications |
What to Check |
| PET / Polyester | Dimensional stability and durable identification | Equipment labels, asset labels and demanding packaging applications | Adhesive, print protection and service conditions |
| BOPP / PP Film | Moisture-resistant packaging graphics | Food, beverage and personal-care packaging | Container shape, adhesion and handling |
| Coated Paper | Print appearance and cost for mainly dry conditions | Retail boxes, promotional labels and dry packaging | Moisture exposure and surface protection |
For highly squeezable bottles, consider a more flexible film such as PE. Check how the label moves with the container and whether its edges stay attached.
Recycling Note for EU Packaging
Conventional PET labels are not compostable. For EU projects, review label coverage, adhesives, inks and metallic finishes as part of the complete package’s recyclability assessment. A PET label on a PET bottle does not automatically establish recycling compatibility.
